Dear Mr. L., thank you again for your feedback and for taking the time to describe your impressions so openly. I would like to briefly clarify a few of the points you mentioned, as they may have led to some misunderstandings during your stay. Drinking water is of course available at all times in our rooms via the tap, with excellent and safe quality. In addition, we provide a water station in our lobby where guests can refill water at any time. Bottled water, however, is not part of our standard room amenities, which may explain the impression that there was no water provided. Regarding the football broadcast, I fully understand how disappointing this must have been, especially for an important match. Unfortunately, broadcasting rights for the tournament are allocated very restrictively, with certain matches sold exclusively to specific networks. This means it is not technically or economically feasible for us to offer every single game. That said, we do provide live coverage of a large number of matches as well as highlights of the others shortly after the final whistle. Concerning your invoice, our standard process is to issue the final bill once all services have been fully completed. However, we are always happy to send the invoice by email afterwards or provide an interim statement at any time during the stay. Additionally, our fast check-out option is designed to make departure as smooth as possible. Finally, thank you also for your comment regarding the bed comfort. Our bedding concept is designed to suit a wide range of preferences, but we fully understand that this can be perceived differently depending on personal expectations. Your feedback is very valuable to us, as it helps us to communicate more clearly and improve the overall guest experience.
