L’hôtel est l’un des rares où l’on peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue. De plus, le personnel est super accueillant. C’était notre deuxième séjour et c’est toujours parfait.

Chambre très calme et propre. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de renoncer au ménage quotidien en échange de points. En revanche, j'ai trouvé bien difficile de trouver une place dans la salle du petit-déjeuner qui est sous-dimensionnée.

While I’m glad to hear that you appreciated the location and had no major issues during your stay, I’m very sorry to read that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and comfort are top priorities for us, and I sincerely apologize that you found items left behind in the room and experienced noise disturbances. I will speak with our housekeeping team to ensure such oversights do not happen again. Regarding the towel change – our standard is to only replace towels left on the floor, so I’m sorry this was not followed correctly in your case.
