The hotel rooms are well designed and spacious. Laundry is the most expensive I’ve experienced outside of USA but Lince made every right. There are good views and it is secure. The nightly pricing is reasonable and a good value. I would not order the room service.

The rooms are great. Mba Lince was very helpful. My family really enjoyed the stay. The food is great. The location is perfect. Will. Stay here again definitely. One of the stay in my experience. Too bad we didn't get the chance to try thepoolside

I recently stayed at your hotel ( Room 2101), and while the facilities and rooms were generally satisfactory, I have some concerns regarding the service, particularly in comparison to the expectations of a 5-star establishment. Upon my arrival, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. However, due to unavailability, I was assigned a smoking room with the assurance that an ozonizer would be provided to address the issue. Unfortunately, despite this promise, no follow-up or confirmation was given regarding the ozonizer, leaving me uncertain as to whether the matter was addressed. Additionally, I experienced a lack of attentiveness at the front desk (Mr Bowo). When I approached the staff for a simple request for a band-aid, I was met with an abrupt "no" without any further effort to assist me. As a guest in a 5-star hotel, I expected the staff to take the initiative to check other departments, such as the kitchen or first-aid kit, to accommodate a basic request. In contrast, a member of the room service staff I encountered later went above and beyond to assist me with this, which I greatly appreciated. I believe these situations reflect an area for improvement in terms of guest service and attentiveness. I hope my feedback can help enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
