For your safety and comfort, we have put in place strict measures and the hotel has been certified by both InDOnesia CARE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment audit) and ACCOR's ALLSAFE. Restaurants are open for dine-in with limited capacities due to PPKM DKI Jakarta . The lounge is open with social distancing measures in place. The pool and spa is closed as per governmental regulations. The fitness room is closed. However, yoga mats and fitness equipment are available in the room or upon request.

good stay, spacious room, but no shampoo in the bathroom

I booked 2 connecting rooms for a staycation with my female friends. All went well, up until I took a bath before I checked out. My hair was already wet, but when I reached for the shampoo, apparently the bottle was empty!!!! So I had to wash my hair using soap instead. So dissapointing, especially Grand Mercure is a 5 star hotel. Other than that, I think the rooms are worth the price.
