Ibis Style Gajah Mada and Ibis Harmony are literally face to face, but I felt so different experience. Over all, I like the service and hospitality. Have no problem with all thing but one, I found small Germany cockroach in my room. I took picture and video.

This hotel should be 4 star. I have been travel around southeast asian for 4 and 5 star hotel for 4 weeks my annual leave and didn’t expect this hotel has excellent service. My favourite breakfast is tempe Orek. The staffs ware super friendly and smiles. I would recommend it

mixed feeling of stay

Staff service especially reception staff (Eko), hotel manager and house keeping (Reza Kusuma and Melinda) were friendly, helpful and professional but unfortunately the room needs a very good cleaning and maintenance. There were many small cocroaches roaming around the room and the manager relocated us to another room. The new room was better though still has cocroaches in smaller number. Not very comfortable when you sleep and has cocroaches crawling on your face.

I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The stay was comfortable, staff were very helpful and polite. They offered a buffet breakfast that had a lot of local cuisine dishes but also had a variety of continental food, so that worked for us. Ms Meifi at the front desk was especially helpful to call taxis and to suggest places to visit, she ensured that we were taken care of. Also, the manager Ms Diah was extremely helpful and professional in all aspects of the service. I shall definitely stay at the hotel on my next trip to Jakarta !

Family of four had come to Jakarta on 14th October, mainly to celebrate my birthday on 15th October. All plans made, without my knowledge,. However the last minute rush the cake was left behind in Grand Mall Jakarta. It was too late to wade through the traffic and pick up the cake from there. But not giving me any clue surprisingly with the help of the lovely people Angga, Luffi, Yobi and Dika a beautiful cake was brought with singing .,,happy birthday,. I was so touched and celebrated the birthday with my husband Jose , Grandson Aadi and his father. Thank you all for making my day so special. You guys are so customer oriented.
