The AC was not cool enough, in matter of fact, it was really hot at night. The chiller was not chill at all, and kind of useless. The bathroom was poorly designed, therefore, the water from the shower went everywhere and the doormats was always soaked. The shower's water temperature was whether too hot or too cold. The bidets was broken, even after the technician fixed it.

We had a very good stay. Room was very clean with complete facilities. Also smells nice. They really heard what customer requested. I requested a room with a city view and they gave me one. Only the breakfast need to be upgraded. More fruits would be very nice and some juices. Overall it was very satisfying stay. Thank you very much

Booked room for one night and asked for non-smoking room. The problems are: - They gave us a smoking room! When we stepped in, the air con was turned on and the fan power of the air con was 4 out of 4. Thought they tried to got the smell out, but with the door closed lol. I called the receptionist to change the room, they reffered us two options. Either we move to other room or wait for 30 minutes. God! It was 4.30 pm and they haven't prepared anything? Even the check-in time average regulation for hotel is from 2 pm. We just arrived from bandung city and should wait for 30 minutes for another room??? - Please do check the air con too. I already changed it to 30 celcius but feels like it is 18. - The next day in the morning at 10 am, the receptionist called us to take the food we ordered, i said ok and asked for mineral water at the same time. Then the mineral water came by 11 am :) nice. You can imagine how thirsty we were. Took 20 minutes to ate the food from 10 am. Already called the receptionist 3 times, housekeeping 1 time, food service 1 time. Its very unfortunate. Really. Bad experience.

On the upside, the bedroom given to me was spacious. The air-conditioning system worked perfectly well. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices (Continental, Javanese, Indonesian). The room service was unbelievably fast and efficient. - On the downside, the hotel lobby on Saturday night was very stressful as there were many wedding guests lounging around. Some of the children were noisy with parents showed no interest in teaching their children better manners in hotel lobby area. It would be good if hotel staff members can remind the noisy people (children and/or adults) to quiet down, and be a little bit more considerate to other hotel guests. Just a thought.

Located just behind Gaja Madah mall, there is an easy back door access. Room comfortable and large enough. Unfortunately, the toilet leaked on the floor and they couldn't fix it. There were too many mozzies at the lobby and in the restaurant. I had to get some repellent which helped but it was irritating.

The room is good but can be improved as the furniture need some refreshment. The breakfast can be improved as providing better taste and choice. The location was good but since the new law for the car plate number then its difficult to get there.

Just a good enough stay for single/couple. Location good for entertainment. Mall just next to the hotel but family with small children will be bit difficult to travel. The main issue is, you can hear people form next door, so if your next room having a children will be bit noisy. Pricing wise is okay compare to the what you got, not more not less. Food is good.
