Had a lovely stay at Novotel Jaipur from 5–7 September to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The team really made the occasion special. We were given a room upgrade, a sweet little decoration was arranged, and we even received a thoughtful gift for my daughter at checkout. A special thanks to Manager Gaurav and to Krish😊at the lounge for the amazing drinks and great service, and to Akash and Pradip at the restaurant for taking such good care of us. Also, thanks to Eshaan and Anie for the lovely gifts and the thoughtful gesture. “I still remember everyone’s names because we spent most of our time at the hotel, and the team made us feel so special that their warmth and hospitality genuinely touched us.” These little touches made our stay really memorable. Good eco policy and very responsive customer service. However, the room interiors were unimpressive; traces of grout were visible all over the bathroom tiles. While not a major issue, it created the impression of a dirty floor. The cleaning itself wasn't particularly thorough, either. When I asked for a bathrobe, the one they initially brought had the belt loops torn off—though it did come with two belts. Then again, it didn't matter if there were two or ten; they were completely useless. The power went out a couple of times. Feminine hygiene products were not provided. Overall, it’s a decent option for a business trip, though I’m not sure it truly lives up to a "five-star" standard. I’ve stayed at a four-star Novotel in another country before, and the facilities there were far better—as was the food quality. However, the staff here were better, especially the reception team.

The rooms were not cooled properly. Extra bed mattress was very soggy. Had to call room service multiple times to replenish tea and mugs.
