There is nothing wrong. Just that there is no soul. You are never made to feel special. Even if u are Accor Gold. The room service will carry the POS while u are having the meal delivered. If there is a trust deficit, good hotels take a card block.

Great place to be in if you are in Jaipur. The highlight is the breakfast spread. Be it healthy or indulgent, sweet or savory, Indian or International, the food spread is exceptional. The hospitality is top notch. The location of the hotel is also great in the sense that one doesn't need to go thru traffic jams to reach here. All in all, it's a good and safe choice if one happens to be in Jaipur.

Food Exchange was the saving grace. The staff were all attentive and efficient, limited food options on some of the days but the last dinner and breakfast made up for it. Thanks Nikhil, Rajesh, Soumita, others too. Front desk leaves a lot to be desired to be honest. Even the email correspondence team are giving generic emails to things already communicated before hand. Ironic since these are the faces of your hotel. Anyway, will I be back- no, there are at least 2 more5-star hotels in Jaipur I’d rather go to.
