The hotel reception desk is absolutely worthless. They are ill-mannered, and made sure to ruin my staying experience. At 12 in the night someone from the bar knocks my room to ask for a payment against my room service bill. Wow. Just because the person at the reception asked for it. Being accor gold member i wasn't upgraded to a higher level /category room even when it was showing available on the app. It was available if booked on the spot for revenue. Felt acccor needs to educate the people manning the reception. Asking for an upgraded room and being entitled (when available) are two different things. The difference lies in the perception. No welcome amenities, no corner room, better facilities, no courtesy nothing whatsoever. Looks good in writeups. Hahaha. Brilliantly pathetic. One thing is for sure that will never ever visit novotel jaipur again. Silver lining was during breakfast, impeccable service, good spread and prompt action. Wonderful breakfast i must say. Must congratulate the entire team at the breakfast. Really appreciate. Always give credit where its due. Overall stay negative/10 Food and breakfast 9.5/10 PS. Mr. DILAWAR at the reception needs to be educated in customer service. Utter nuisance. Thanks.

There were lot of issues in the washroom Flush was not working fine it took 1.5 hours to fix it. Waterlogged in the bathing area which was informed to the team however no actions were taken Delay in room cleaning on second day of the stay Not expected from the brand like novotel.
