No major issues, all as expected. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. On arrival though, we were given two drink cards to use in the hotel, but i don't recall being told about them. It was on checkout the staff asked if we wanted to use them, as we were leaving we were given some water in exchange for the voucher. I asked if our drinks paid for the night before could be reimbursed, but was advised no. The only issue i had was with the bed - it was supposed to be a king size bed, but it was two large singles pushed together. Both sides of the bed had well establish grooves where countless people had slept, so you couldn't really move anywhere except the groove, so not very comfortable at all.

Great location and room and price is not cheap. Disappointed room was not serviced daily but more importantly not verbally told so.
