Bonjour à vous... Accueil parfait et souriant Chek in pro. L hôtel est plutôt sympa et bien agencé. Les chambres sont relativement grandes.mais pas trop insonorisé. L accueil restaurant le jour de notre arrivée était plutôt expéditif et ne nous a pas incité a revenir le lendemain. L accueil pdj est basique,manque de sourire et de chaleur envers la clientèle. Le pdj en lui même est + que basique. Bcp de choses à revoir. Entre autre... .Kfé a peine chaud au sortir de la machine. Manque de crêpes,de yaourts,de baguettes,de jus detox,de vrai jus d' orange pressés. La présentation+ que mitigée du chaud ne m'a pas incité a y goûter. Bref,Novotel nous a habitué a bcp mieux. Sur l'ensemble de votre personnel ... une seule chose reste positive à mes yeux ,c'est l'accueil au bar pour les boissons. la personne était sympa ,souriante et professionnelle..et nous a Réconcilie avec votre établissement.pour un moment de détente. Bref votre établissement ne m'a pas laissé une empreinte marquante et je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons une prochaine fois. Cordialement.

Hotel posizionato in una zona comoda da raggiungere il centro citta'.Al massimo sono 10 minuti in macchina,forse anche meno. Le camere sono confortevoli e moderne. Unica nota negativa, abbiamo trovato molta polvere in camera

Bagno non perfettamente pulito e camera piena di polvere. Ho segnalato alla reception e hanno provveduto a rifare il bagno, ma purtroppo non è cambiato molto. Per il prezzo a notte, mi aspettavo di più. Buona la colazione e il ristorante.
