Overall very good, very good value and the hotel and my room seemed clean. Downside, was no one responded to the message when I booked regarding car parking. I couldn't check in online as there was a problem with the website. Staff were friendly and helpful but forgot to explain I needed to use the room key to get the lift to work. But the worst thing was breakfast, so much packaging used. Everything was either in a carton, plastic pot or a paper bag. Not sure if this is in response to covid or normal practice. It wasn't very environmentally friendly and I think table service would be better.

Great property. Brand new, good location even if it is zone 3. Things I didn’t like, the a/c is a joke the number of times it freaked out had me going crazy. I would wake up at 3am because it went crazy and made the room super hot or super cold. The rooms also are not very insulated so noise will carry

The room was fine, bathroom and bed fine. However was disappointed there was no full English breakfast/hot food offered on the mornings. Despite me giving permission there was no housekeeping offered in the room for clean towels or bed made. There was no hot chocolate or decafinated tea offered on evenings to have in the room. Overall very disappointed. It should be made clear on the website what services are on offer at the hotel.

its my worse ever time in a hotel i know its all because of COVID, but you should mention that you providing only a room with no service at all. no one informed me when i booked that there are no room cleaning, no towels or bed sheet changing. breakfast disgusting. staff all time on laptop without any communication to costumers

I used to work in Ealing so was visiting friends. I have stayed in Ibis Styles EB before. It was strange being back after lockdown but found the hotel clean and comfortable and staff friendly. My only downpoints were I couldn't book in online,site wasn't working. I also wasn't told there was no housekeeping as I was staying for 2 nights it meant I had no coffee or milk in my room the 2nd morning. Didn't mind bed not being made etc as I understand it is a difficult time in hospitality.

We felt Covid safe and the staff were excellent. However the TV was intermittently losing signal and we were unable to watch much television. Breakfast for my husband was inedible and he had to throw it away. Lighting although wonderfully atmospheric meant you really couldn't see- so at least one brighter light is required.

We Thought we would Stay here, due to the Fact that This is Supposed to be a Decent Ibis Styles Hotel, Although it Aloud (Pets), which I we will not be Staying again and the Lack of not getting (X 3) Breakfast, just got given (X 2), and Not Much in The (Doggy Bag), and The Staff of The Hotel have no Manners, Shower not So Good Leeking, TV just Don't Work Properly, Kettle (Disgusting) inside and for (Disable) Parking Charges, not Good Because I am a Member.

Bed - Excellent! This is really commendable. I stayed here for a long period and it never caused me any back pain, and I could have good sleep. They should be proud of this for the price. Toilet - Great. But water from shower smelled weird. But no problem. Good water pressure. Cleanness - Excellent. I chose this hotel for this, and it was a good choice. Room size - Great. Noise - Very quiet. I thought there were no other guests on the same floor, but there was. Location - 15min walk to the Ealing Broadway Station, which has two tube lines and also overground rail. Satisfied with the location. There are many nice restaurants around in the Ealing. <disadvantages> Room was too dark. No refrigerator in the room. I needed it to keep my herbal medicine though... I never expected that there would be no refrigerator in the hotel room. Breakfast - need to improve. And very crowded as other reviews. Housekeeping - they just want to finish their work before 12:00 so they will not clean your room if you put the door sign to clean your room in the afternoon. Service - There is no phone in your room. Guest will have to Whatsapp the reception. (What if the guest doesn't have a Whatsapp? This is a stupid idea) Also, they sometimes reply very quickly, but rarely doesn't check the message for a few hours. But overall I liked this hotel! Just know the pros and cons before you book. Recommend to people who - want 'clean' room for a good price, good access to central London, good water pressure, want to have good nights sleep. But doesn't recommend to - who expect for very good service. expect for good breakfast (I'd recommend to eat out if you stay for more than a week) I would recommend this hotel to my friends and might stay here again next time.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. Had an incredible warm welcome, very helpful staff and good location. The breakfast wasn’t good enough due to the lack of options for vegetarians and no lactose-free products. The room was always well cleaned and I would definitely come back here again.

Our third multi night stay

Chose to stay here to celebrate my husbands birthday, 5 nights. Overall good but still the same small glitches. The housekeeping staff forget to replace tea bags and milk daily. Thats happened to us on all 3 visits so we know this is not a one off. Unlike other Ibis Styles there is not 24 hour free access to teas and coffees in the dining area so like at a Premier Inn you have to ask for tea, coffee, milk replenishment, and find you get offered just 2 tea bags at a time. Additionally one member of Staff can' t seem to differentiate between, green tea, infusions and standard black tea. I found it a bit strange to be offered 2 green tea tea bags and two milks ? As with our other two visits there was one day when we had to ask for our room to be done.

We were very pleased with the room which was more spacious than expected. We also appreciated the tea and coffee in the room. Everything worked well and the location was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast buffet was also good.
