Couldn’t find the car park on arrival and had to park 5 mins away. When I arrived at the hotel it was not obvious who the staff were as they were just sitting in the bar area. I asked about parking and was told the process, but didn’t follow it until day 2. Breakfast was appalling. I travel to London every week and over the last 2 years stayed in different hotels, but I can honestly say this is the worst offering for breakfast I have had. Went to check out on day 4 and was met by a member of staff who was more worried about her mobile phone than checking me out. I explained I had to pay for parking but was scolded for not having my car reg on the sheet. I only followed the instructions given on day 1. I was told I would probably get a fine and that it was my fault. Needless to say I’m not staying here again.

Nice rooms lovely staff ..and very honest my grandmother left her iPods behind .. and when I asked had they seen them they had them wrapped and her room number was on the paper

We loved the films theme of all the decor and rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable (though lighting could be brighter). Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and we had a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Definitely a place to return to and not least because it offers very good value for money.
