We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Yongsan. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very well managed. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service from the front desk staff — the lady who assisted us during check-in was incredibly warm and attentive, and she even came by to check on us again at check-out. Her thoughtful service made our stay feel truly welcoming. We really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the entire team and look forward to staying here again.

Overall happy with my stay. Upgraded to upper floor with complimentary breakfast and access to lounge. Breakfast can be crowded after 8 am.
