very small room, even no place to put my luggage, very poor amenities in the room even no box of tissue paper, reception is very confused, call me few time to settle my payment even though the payement was paid and keep apologizing that the system is not working

I stayed at your hotel on 26th October for couple of hours. I checked in around 7 am and checked out at 3 pm to catch my next flight. Hotel was nice with impressive breakfast buffet. But unfortunately I did not like the service . My phone was out of charge and I asked them if they have a spare charger which I can borrow or If I need to buy it. I called at least 4-5 times from the room for the charger, every time they said 'I send it to your room' but nobody came. One time someone from IT someone came to help. In front of me he called H/k to bring the charger. but still the same. Nobody turned up. Basically, I waited whole morning for them to come but nobody came. Thus I couldn't sleep whole morning, and I had to catch next flight. It was so ridiculous. If you don't have it just tell it to the guest. But fortunately the shift manager helped me. I came down at the lobby 3 pm and charged my phone for an hour. Thanks to him. Otherwise I would have been in a big trouble. Also the girl who took the check in was super nice :)

The hospitality and accommodation was above and beyond, the breakfast and dinner buffet was great quality, the reception and floor staff were very helpful and friendly (Safiya and Faida at the reception specifically and main entrance staff), i will be definitely coming back very soon, Thanks so much
