Always have god experience staying at this hotel. Very good location, ample spabe gor parking, good amenities. But I noticed some dust in the corner and stain on shower glass. Perhaps cleanliness can be improved. Will definitely choose this IBIS hotel again for future stay in Bandung.

My experience staying at Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central was very enjoyable. I was welcomed with kindness by Mr. Fadhil. I requested a complementary for my birthday and was given a funny decoration and cake by the Ibis Styles team. The location of the hotel is also very strategic with affordable prices. I stayed on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning around the hotel as a sporting venue and a lot of food. The hotel is also close to viral spots making it easy to travel without having to get stuck

The hotel has a good location next to a sports field, and the staff are friendly and generally well-trained--with the exception of the security and parking staff. The breakfast is also decent with a reasonable variety. However, the biggest issue is the completely impractical access. The main car entrance to the lobby was closed during my stay, forcing guests to enter through the Pullman Hotel next door. Getting to the Ibis lobby requires taking an elevator, an escalator and a confusing route through connecting corridors, which is highly inconvenient and confusing for first time guests. The overall environment does not help. The hallways and escalator areas are dark and unwelcoming, and the pedestrian access is poorly lit and not well maintained. The first impression is clearly negative. The checkout experience is equally disappointing. With no lobby pickup available, guests must go to the basement parking area, which was understaffed and feels disorganized and uncomfortable. Overall, while the staff and breakfast are adequate, the hotel fails in basic operational aspects such as access, lighting, and guest flow. These are not minor issues and should be addressed immediately.
