The room is spacious, the view is exceptional. I travel with my baby 8 months, the baby crib is also big & comfy. Also there's a large kids playground. This hotel is definitely a kid friendly one! Thank you specially to aa rizki, the room is clean & fresh.

It was a pleasant stay. Room decor and size was good. Breakfast spread limited but good enough. The only setback are the toilets. Flush didn’t work properly and the shower host was leaking. Can’t control the water temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.

We need to wait for almost 1 hour only to get our room ready but 3 people behind me can get their room ready without wait. I dont understand why did I receive different treatment as well as impacting the Accor group reputation. My family also had to wait a long time in an improper drop-off location (no chair, no seating area) just to get our luggage upstairs. Will definitely not coming back to ibis styles as well as Accor group with this bad experience

The frontdesk was friendly and attentive. I've got connecting room at level 6. Spacious,vibrant and comfy except that the toilet is not cleaning enough. The mold at the toilet? You can do better Ibis! The inroom food was delicious! Overall I can say, the strategic location of this Ibis makes it easy for me to go around.
