I was expecting at least a complementary bottle of water. Even in the restaurant during breakfast, there was no water only juice, coffee.

They missed registering my hotel points. I booked 4 rooms and should have received points for 2 rooms, but they only credited me for 1 room. When I initially contacted the hotel, they told me they could only give points for 1 room. I explained that this was not correct and they asked me to offer Accor's policy. After providing the policy to them through both whatsapp and email , they stopped responding. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. Additionally, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and there was noticeable dust when passing by the front desk. I also noticed dust while having breakfast, which made for a very poor experience.
