On second floor there is a motor that turns on anytime of the day or night, including late hours in the night, which noise makes the experience of being in the room extremely annoying. Add to that inadequate maintenance such as shower that does not have proper water dispersion or peeling finish inside the room... most probably I will not return to this hotel, even though it offers a very good breakfast, for Ibis standards.

I been staying at this hotel for more then 20 years , but on my last stay I had a horrible experience,from the receptionist and the kitchen staff (Erica)was very rude unfriendly and unprofessional from someone who works in a hospitality industry and also whom ever was communicating with me on WhatsApp about my reservation was very irresponsible employee and a terrible customer service and the kitchen employee tells me I should go to holiday inn or San Marino hotel. Can you imagine you at a hotel and an employee tells you to go to a different hotel.

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Gostei muito do café da manhã que não tem muita variedade mas tudo o que tem é fresco e gostoso. Minha experiência no check-out foi ruim. A atendente livre não quis me atender me mandou pra outra atendente que estava em atendimento. Aí chegou outras pessoas e ela atendeu e eu fiquei na fila. A limpeza do quarto não estava ok. Chão sujo e cabelos na parede do banheiro do lado do espelho.
