Old. Bad shower. Poor breakfast.

Hotel is well located but the room needs some reform, it looks like old. Breakfast doesn't have same variety as other ibis. The worst point was the shower, very old, no water comes from it.

Great service and location

Very friendly staff and management. Although the rooms could use a little upgrading, they are comfortable. The hotel's breakfast was really good. I made a comment that I really like a pastry "Sonho" from the previous day and the manager made sure to have it for me the next day. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Mr. Nelson Moreira, who is the manager of the hotel ,and Eliene (front desk) were extremely helpful and friendly.
