I stayed for a night after a late arrival. The reception area and swimming pool are very nice. The lady upon check in was amazing. Professional and polite. Breakfast cost 16€ and was ok. They offer a shuttle bus for 6 euro one way ,which needs to be booked in advance from hotel to airport. To get to the hotel the shuttel stops in Terminal 3 ,arrivi porta 4. It is a very good thing that hotel offers. Regarding the room interior:it was just shabby and bed linen full of marks. My room was kept in very bad condition for the price was sold .

Airport transfer from airport to hotel was a problem as the bus was not at the pick up location as indicated and the next was 40 minutes wait. Received an upgrade on arrival to an updated room, all good but AC in room is not effective as room was warm even when AC on low temperature.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, it’s an Accor hotel, and assumed it was a 4 star. We were extremely disappointed and regretted our decision to stay here. The commute from the airport is about a 25 euro taxi ride as the shuttle only runs every 30-40 mins and isn’t published to incoming guests so we didn’t know to wait for it. The hotel was extremely outdated. Our shower leaked and AC was broken. We’re not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel.
