My room was dark with not enough light. The two lamps that where in the room didn’t give enough light then one of them the lightbulb died. The room smelled old. I’ve stayed at this hotel chain in 3rd developing countries and they where more comfortable then this one. This was more like a 2 star hotel I wasn’t so sure from my past good experiences from this chain if this hotel was apart of it or pretending to be.

Receptionist at checkin and chaeckout was rude. Staff on the phone very unhelpful.

I liked the warm welcome as I arrived.The room was too cold.The bed was very uncomfortable.It was not fixed properly.The breakfast was good but a bit greasy.The ride back to the airport was very nice and comfortable.All around the customer service was good.The room was not so good.

My wife and I are non-smokers and the room we had was filled with cigarette smoke. It became worse when we turned on the air-con or opened the door to the balcony. The hotel needs to address the issue of smoking as well as cleaning the carpets in the hallways.

The service was great. I also enjoyed the restaurant. Room was big but could have been cleaner (hairs in the shower, some stains on the bathroom floor. Very nice parking outside and really close to the airport.

Its in a good location, close to the airport with shuttle buses running at frequent intervals. The restaurant is good with a nice selection of food and a good breakfast. On the down side I found the hotel a bit shabby and in need of some major maintenance , certainly not up to the standard of other Mercure Hotels I have stayed in. There was no bottled water in the room, no tissues in the toilet, coffee, sugar and a kettle but no spoon or paddle to stir it with.

Staff were amazing. Really happy with the accommodation at the hotel and restaurant was amazing. It was a short stay but the ambiance and staff ensured that we got enough rest. Shuttle service is good too.

Why take shuttle bus from airport to hotel need pay? If need wait 30mins for shuttle bus and need pay, why I not pay for taxi and save more time

Would not stay here again. Very very tired hotel. Arrogant front office staff. Close to airport but remote from anything else.

The hotel is conveniently located at approximately 7 minutes from Fiumicino Airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. I booked a standard double room a few hours before arriving and when I got there the reception gave me an upgrade. Breakfast was included in the price and I loved it, it was rich both in quality and in quantity. The hotel also features a restaurant with a varied menu and pizza. The only drawback is the shuttle service from and to the airport for which they charge 6 euros per person one way, way too expensive considering that some other hotels will offer it for free. It was my second time at this hotel, and I would definitely go back!

The hotel provides shuttle from and to the airport. The shuttle is about 6 euros e run each 40 min approx. Close to the hotel, there is a Bus that goes to Rona center ( termini station), stoping also close to Vaticano and Coliseum. There are a lot of local restaurants, bars and other services close to the hotel. The room is very large, comfortable and silent despite to be close the airport.
