I stayed here in single room ( work ) and with my girlfriend in a 2 person bedroom , the single one is meh quite old furniture but the 2 people one is really really nice I enjoyed it

Basically,people at the checking counter in the other hotels have Italian accents and harder for me to understand, but I had no problem to communicate with staff in Mercure .

We booked to be close to the airport for a morning departure. The shuttle service was very convenient and punctual to the hotel and back. The shuttle did not have the Mercure logo on it, do be sure to ask if the shuttle stops at the hotel. The check in was fast and Sharon was friendly in explaining about the hotel. We booked the morning shuttle back at 7 AM. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and bed comfortable. It was great to have the nespresso coffee maker to make a strong morning coffee. The window could be opened for fresh air. The sound insulation was very good, we only heard one plane take off. We didn’t have breakfast because of our early flight, so can’t comment on that. Overall, quite satisfied. Only wish the shuttle was complimentary, it cost us 24 Euros round trip for two. Other airport hotels have it at no charge.
