Friendly reception staff in a clean and well maintained environment. Shuttle service provided was a great value compared to the outrageous local taxi fees.

Upon arrival is imposible to find an airport shuttle to the hotel. Taxi would charge 25€-35€ for 3 km ride. At the end I took the local bus and walked across the road and around the hotel to reach it. Arrival experience is 0/10. I am also disapointing that they are not answering the emails and Booking.com. Otherwise experience was okay for an airport hotel.

Disastrous shuttle pick up. Tell customers that the shuttle bus only runs every 20 minutes. Use hotel signage on the side of the shuttle van. People then need to look for this shuttle van and not some unmarked vehicle. Missed one shuttle and only caught the second shuttle by chance. Have the driver get out of his vehicle and tell people which hotel he is from. Very annoying and frustrating!!! Rooms need a big renovation. Not good value for money. The shuttle experience out me off every using this hotel again. The hotel is quite a few mins from FCO There would be better hotel choices elsewhere

We arrived around 11.30pm. Restaurant was supposed to be open until midnight - it wasn’t. The receptionist seemed like he had better things to do than assist our check in. The lights in our room were mostly not working. When help came to see why - couldn’t really see the problem so unsolved. The bed was the hardest I have ever slept on and the pillow as flat as a pancake. The bathroom was great!
