Staff are very good an friendly... Room is out of date, elevator need maintenance. It was not mentioned that there is a shuttle bus in the app.

No recognition of accor status. First room assigned had a door that did not lock, second room assigned had no functioning a/c. Towels and bed linen were clean but clearly had long term stains. Staff seemed indifferent about the problems. Pool closed for no clear reason. Clearly heard neigbouring guest snooring through the wall. This may be the worst Accor-branded hotel I have ever stayed in and represents a reputational risk to the brand.

Very old building which lacks a mercure or Accor brand reputation. It is in very good location- yes. That dies not mean Accor can compromise its reputation. If you rip some parts of the hotel u will definitely find mould !! Yes mould

Booked to be close to airport for early morning flight. Reception and restaurant staff were fantastic, and the steaks we had in restaurant were cooked to perfection. We used SIT bus to get into centre of Rome, and Shuttle bus to airport was very convienient.
