The room was excellent and the shuttle service to the airport very quick and useful. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the tennis court and the floodlights were left on until late in the evening, making our room quite bright despite closed curtains.

The hotel is tatty, the garden and pool area unkempt, the shuttle times poor and the wifi was woeful.

Stayed 4 nights on the way home from our holidays. Convenient to the airport and hotels has a three time daily shuttle for 7euros if required. Everything expected from the Mercure group not fabulous but met our expectations. Good onsite restaurant and pool bar in the garden.

The stay was OK if it would have been a stay of just one night. But due to the business I had at the airport of Rome fiumicino. My stay was for 3 nights. I found it quite unpleasant that the room wasn't cleaned during my stay (I would have prefered it been done once, although I kept the room quite clean on my own). The breakfast was very delightfull. A lot of choice wich was very tastefull. Although I booked one week prior with a message to receive a room with wooden floors instead of carpet. A response to that request even if it wasn't possible to fullfill would have been nice. Overall it was an OK stay but (personally) not worth what i paid for the 3 nights.

I did my booking and after one hours from booking we had family emergency so I try to cancel and I did send e mail and phone call in advance letting know that we will not be coming and we wishing to change the date but no reply no refund then you still asking how was my stay .. I think you need to check your system and not sending e mail to a person that was not show ..

room full of ants and bugs and very dirty dust everywhere

Dear Saman G., We are sorry to read your review, as we feel that it does not accurately reflect what we actually found when we inspected the room. On the day of your check-out, we personally checked the room and found three very small red ants. We were, of course, sorry about this. As our property is surrounded by greenery and nature, it is possible for small insects to enter from outside through one of the many tiny openings that inevitably exist in a property immersed in nature. However, we would like to clarify that we did not find a room “full of ants and bugs” or a room covered in dust and dirt as described in your review. Despite the very limited issue we actually found, we took your concern seriously and went considerably beyond what would normally be expected by offering you compensation of €128, covering both the room and dinner. For this reason, we are particularly disappointed to read a review that presents the situation in such dramatically different terms from what we personally verified. We always welcome constructive feedback and take our guests’ concerns seriously, but we also believe that reviews should accurately and fairly reflect the circumstances. Kind regards, The Management

Convenient location close to airport with excellent shuttle service. Restaurant was very good with high-quality substantial meals. Room was a little dark and tired but adequate for our needs. Surprised not to find china cups, glasses or milk in the rooms. Having to drink water and coffee with artificial whitener from paper cups was not what we expected at a Mercure establishment.

We arrived on a hot day and the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel was a welcome relief. The Reception staff member was friendly and efficient. The pool with towels was perfect. The bar and food for dinner was satisfactory. The room was spacious and the outdoor, private balcony was also spacious and a lovely space. The tennis court lights were left on a bit too long and the planes are noisy but this is to be expected close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was a fantastic service.

I arrived at 20.00 and told the check in person I was leaving 2.30 o 'clock and she gives me a roomie the back of the hotel. she changed it but why not at once give a room in the front for so few hours
