Great location for an early flight. The staff was very friendly and professional. The common areas were clean and nice. The room was nice, but could have been a little more clean with the carpet.

Good stay, well located. Better option than Best Western where we have previously stayed

Shuttle to/from the airport is convenient and close to restaurants. We stayed roughly a month prior at this same hotel, but two different experiences. They must have refurbished some rooms as the first time was much better... clean, updated room, and even provided two complimentary welcome drinks (maybe because of our status). This time the room was very outdated and dirty... dead bugs all over the walls, bleached/spotted carpet, curtain in bathroom kept falling off, and no complimentary welcome drinks (not expected, but a nice service gesture). Suggest asking for an updated room if you stay.

As a returning guest at this hotel, I was stunned to find out that what I thought would be the best rooms are in fact the worst. I requested a balcony room but I had no idea that an evening show could be worn with a slipper… lower bedrooms are renovated, clean and they have a wonderful bathroom. 5 floor bedrooms are older but still acceptable , were it not for the state of the bathrooms. That is not acceptable at all. Mold all over the bathtub and gaps that I am sure have water dribbling below. Dirty shower curtain and an overall stale feeling. My bed sheets were laid directly upon the mattress with no coverlet or pad in between. I was very kindly offered another bedroom which I declined. The point is, you can sell 2 different products under the same brand with no explanation or warning. This was my 6 stay here snd I will go back, jist in the lower floors.

As a member of Accor All I deliberately chose this hotel. But was extremely disappointed. We arrived at 11.30 p.m. and got a room with the worth view in my life, literally a view on the wall. We are two grown-ups and a child, who had a family room and stayed till noon next day. We are going back to Rome from our cruise trip, but will not stay in the same hotel. Even though the breakfast was very good I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. P.s. The transportation from the hotel to Civitaveccia port, which we ordered from the hotel was very well organised. Theady was very polite and drove us with comfort and no stress to out destination.

Though the room is a little dismal perhaps because of covid distancing the food in the restaurant was actually quite good. My room on the top floor with a balcony was quite large which was good but the bathroom certainly needs a refurb.

The hotel is very much outdated. I noticed that great work was undertaken to renovate the bathroom of the room where I was staying which was pleasant, but the rooms and hallways strongly suggested an update was about a decade overdue. The breakfast buffet lacked in healthy options. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located, the staff is professional and kind, and the room was clean. That said, the overall experience wasn't something I would value at about EU100/night.

The hotel is well located close to the airport in the nice fishing town of Fiumicino. The staff are very helpful and make the stay very welcoming The airport shuttle to the airport is very reasonably priced and regular.

I cannot praise this lovely hotel enough. Situated 5 minutes by shuttle bus to the airport you can expect excellent customer service, professional & friendly staff and fantastic value for money. I was very kindly upgraded to a superior room which had the biggest and most comfortable bed and a really nice walk in shower. Got to mention that the breakfast on offer was exceptional, hot and cold options available. Everything was perfect........highly recommended!!

the room was fine, the service was good, the facilities were excellent .... but the airconditioning was very noisy. we ended up switching it off. the other very surprising thing was the amount of stairs that had to be negotiated between the front door and the room. at an airport hotel one would expect lots of luggage and should avoid stairs. that was disappointing.
