We stayed here upon our arrival in Italy and then again before our departure. The front office staff were really friendly and obliging. The one negative was that the room air conditioning was very poor. There are fantastic restaurants down the road if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

It’s quick to get to the airport, but the trip is not as quick getting to the hotel around 4:30 in the afternoon. The cleaning of the floor in the bathroom good be better. The water kettle in our room did not work nor did the hairdryer. The heat was not turned on in the hotel. It is November and the weather has been quite nice but it was chilly in our room. The breakfast Buffett was good lots of choices. They should find another place to purchases croissants. You are in Italy. Italy has much better croissants then the ones the being served at the hotel. The staff was friendly.

We stayed one night prior to our flights home. We had a superb dinner in the Leonardo Restaurant - the meal and service were fantastic. All colleagues we encountered including Omar on our arrival contributed to our excellent stay.

We stayed here for one evening after disembarking a cruise in Rome. The hotel staff and bar staff was very professional and helpful. My 83-year-old mother-in-law was at the hotel alone and the restaurant staff was so kind to make her an early dinner.
