Mercure Shaw Parade has the strategic location, it located at the heart of bukit Bintang District with walking distance to BBCC, Time Square, Pavilion. My family had a great time during 5 days 4 nights stay at MERCURE hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for allow us to early check in in the 1st day. Unfortunately, maybe the cleanliness of the bed sheet have to take note, I have 6-7 itchy red spot on my neck and body on the 3rd days which may caused by bed bugs. I hope I can stay in this hotel in the future.

Good Hotel with Great Location in Old Building

Our stay here was wonderful, friendly and professional staff. However, the parking lot and the building is quite old thus have some spooky feeling. Take that we arrived quite late, thus perhaps that's the reason. However, the location is great and in a walking distance to KL golden triangle Bukit Bintang

From bad experience to ok

Initially not allow to check in early, after i address myself as accor plus member only check in system and allow me to check in early Room assigned was not in good condition. Air cond not working.. Been keep calling every hr and operation request to wait awhile, Air conditioning take time to cool down room temp. Check in 12pm.. 3pm still warm like sauna. Walk down to reception to address the issue. Mr Ruben take immediately action to assign me new room. Lobby is full of customer due to festival season. However, the room assigned also not ready yet. No toiletries, no coffee, no drinking water, Mirror is broken Special request not attend, extra cloth hanger in original room. Called housekeeping to sent over. Waiting for an hour. No respond. Luckily see a housekeeping guys passby, and addressed to him room issue. he take actions very fast to replace toiletries, coffee and drinking water. Everything settled down.. 4.30pm.... Finally i can take a nap. This is my brother first time using accor plus silver membership booking, bad experience.

I made my decision on booking with you primarily for the provided open buffet breakfast/sahoor. After booking online, I tried calling the hotel several times on multiple days to double confirm this information, but unfortunately no one picked up the phone. Upon checkin, I asked again if the included sahoor is open buffet. They responded... "it depends on the number of guests in the hotel... it may be a set menu, and the available option is for Malaysian Food". After discussions and checking with the person in charge of the restaurant, we agreed to an American Breakfast set. They informed that we can go to the restaurant at 5am. We went at 5am sharp. Unfortunately, the food was not ready till after 5:30am despite we were following up with the only 2 men working in the restaurant. One of them was the chef, and the other was wearing a "maintenance" uniform of the hotel. We even had to go pick our plates and pour extra juice from behind the counter to help speed up the process. We had less than 20 minutes to finish everything before we had to start the fast. We were a family of 5 with 3 children! Keep in mind that there were ONLY 2 tables in the whole restaurant. A group of men on 1 table, and us! The other disappointing experience was there was a big cockroach hanging on the curtain. I had to kill it. There was another dead one in the cupboard. Luckily there weren't any additional cockroaches in both rooms. There were also very tiny insects in the toilet, and I spotted one next to the aircon control pad on the wall. Other minor incidents which I won't term as disappointing, but merely show that the preparation was not up to the "Mercure" standard is that the safe in one of the rooms didn't work (I guess the battery was dead). I only needed one, so I didn't bother to call them. And the connecting door between the rooms was locked, so I had to call reception to send someone to open it. The good part of the experience, is they were generous with the amount of water provided. They actually provided 1 box of water bottles for each room which was extremely unexpected. The beds were comfortable.

Everything was well planned and easy for me during my stay there for quarantine. Food are sufficient with many varieties. The scheduled check out was good, as I was expecting my parents to come from far away to fetch me, and the receptionist arranged a specific check out time for me.

I contacted Mercure Hotel KL by using email to book for quarantine. The response quite fast and provided me with sufficient detail. Overall I would said that I'm satisfied staying at your hotel. The whatapps number that were given when check-in had helped me a lot at one day before check-out. The staff quickly replied the chat and taking action to my request. I'm managed to catch-up the train at 09:00 am because they had helped me settled my request to check-out early. This including follow up to the medical team about all the necessary administration in regards to my quarantine that has come to an end. Again, I'm satisfied and will recommend my friend and family to stay at your hotel. One more thing, the driver come on time to pick up me at the airport KLIA.

I had a pleasant experience in Mercure KL Shaw Parade. I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were there to assist me for the check-in process. Also, when I request for additional necessities, the operator was friendly to assist. The room is also cozy and wide enough for you to move around. I enjoyed my stay here and I wish all the teams to stay healthy and safe!

Nice room, fast check in and check out process. There's hotel parking at high floor within the complex but is chargeable per day RM10. The room comes with breakfast. Hotel cafe is operate. Will visit here again, hope the parking rate will be free (absorb by hotel).

I always choose to stay in mercure kl shaw parade whenever my business trip to kl cause thus far my stays were pleasant one. unfortunately I am a bit upset with my recent stayed. when I checked in, I noticed the air-cond was not working well, hence I complaint to front counter. technician came and get it repair. however, the air-cond was not working mid night, and the room was stuffy and warm and affected my sleep quality. what is the different between accor live and accor plus ? I am having my dinner at the lobby café, I checked with the waitress if accor member enjoy any discount, he replied yes 25%. when the bill came, he said sorry discount only apply to accor plus member.
