All very good, very helpful staff, received free room upgrade for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast in main restaurant was reasonable in the main restaurant, better options in the Acacia restaurant. Walk to mosque was short but for women its a much longer walk to their entrance on north side of mosque.

Overall, I had a positive experience, but Accor could improve its reservation and prepayment process. I had no issues paying in advance to secure my suite, but obtaining the payment link required several phone calls and made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, although the suite accommodates four guests, the website did not allow me to indicate two adults and two children, which later resulted in a discussion about an extra bed fee. The manager kindly waived the charge, but ideally, this should have been addressed during booking. My stay at Marriott in Makkah was very seamless, and adopting some similar booking and guest accommodation practices could further improve the guest experience.

We booked a delux suite, which was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean with easy access to Masjid al Nabawi. The walls between rooms are thin so our we could hear everything from the room beside us where a family with young boisterous children were staying. So at times our sleep was disturbed. The really frustrating part of our experience was the last day. I called reception an hour ahead of our airport taxi pickup for porter support with our luggages. I then rang reception a few more times chasing the whereabouts of the porter service. Each time was falsly assured they were on their way. Eventually after more than an hour and with our taxi presurring us to leave for the airport we ended up pushing our luggage ourselves. Slightly tricky maneuvering so many lugges accross the hotel structure without a trolly but not impossible. But the point is that even 3-4 star hotels value guest experience better. I had relatives staying 4 star hotels on the north side on the same trip as us and they had all their luggage collected and loaded by the hotels porter service - so its embarassing to admit our 5 star hotel let us down in this regard.

I have stayed in several ALL ACCOR hotels and in Madinah KSA more than 3 times. It is located within short walking distance to Masjid Al Nabawi. Front Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. I and my son were offered one bedroom suit with 2 single beds but with no view instead of my booked Superior room with Masjid view. I accepted with a pleasure. In addition, I was allowed extra one hour to check out. This allowed us to perform Jumma prayer before we return to our room to wear the Ihram clothes in our way to Makkah. So, I am very pleased with my stay and likely to return and recommend to family and friends. .

Had to wait for hours for towels. The room was not cleaned on time. Shuttle service was not as per salah timings. The buffet in M floor was setup in low standards. No cutlery or service waiters in the area.
