We stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah for 10 days as a family and had a genuinely wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it extremely convenient throughout our stay. The hotel itself is lovely, exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with excellent facilities. The overall standard throughout our stay was impeccable. Having visited Madinah several times and stayed in a number of hotels, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I have stayed at in the city. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. A special mention must go to Manager Nawaf, who very kindly upgraded us to an amazing room and helped make our stay particularly memorable. We were also incredibly well looked after by Mostafa, the Restaurant Manager at Acacia Restaurant, who went out of his way to ensure that my family and I had excellent meals throughout our stay. Ahmed Soliman was fantastic and made us wonderful mint tea, while the baristas Afnan and Mehad kept us very well supplied with lovely lattes. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the team. The staff really embody the values you would expect from Accor. Their service was attentive, welcoming and genuinely passionate about making guests feel special and valued. With its superb location, exceptional cleanliness, excellent facilities and outstanding staff, Pullman ZamZam Madinah made our 10-day family stay particularly memorable. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would highly recommend it, particularly to families visiting Madinah. Thank you for making our stay so special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. I am Gold card holder we had separate priority check-in desk. They let us check in early as 9:00 am the woman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating The room was upgraded to a beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was elegant, well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. Very close to Majid I will definitely book this again
