- Staff are professional especially Mr Aziz at the reception who was approachable. The staff are very attentive and nice in general from from desk to cleaning and housekeeping.

- Overall I was satisfied with my experience and in the artisan hotel . The only problem is that booking shows it’s a 5 star hotel while it’s actually a 4 star only. Roof top restaurant needs to be renovated . And there is a filty smell at the bathroom . Plenty of amenities and coffee capsules “ nespresso” are available and replenished on a daily basis which is a very good thing.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Burak and Volcan were exceptional. The addition of Lady and Sophie outside made our stay even more magical. We have already recommended the hotel and will only stay at the Artisan Istanbul if we ever come back.

Great location close to Taksim and to other attractions..the rooms nice and comfortable the rooftop restaurant has great views. The hotel staff are well trained and there are taking care of the hotel guests.
