SO Auckland truly impressed us. The modern, vibrant design and stunning harbour views made our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Aditya Patil, who went above and beyond to make our experience feel so customized and warm. My friends were incredibly touched by his thoughtful gestures. He’s a true asset to the company. The rooftop bar and delicious breakfast at Harbour Society were standout highlights, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We can’t wait to come back.

My partner bought me a stay at the hotel for my birthday and it was perfect! The view was so beautiful, we looked right out onto the water watching the boats come in and out. I was also surprised with a Spa Package downstairs near the pool and had an amazing woman called Keana look after me. It was my first ever full body spa experience. I was nervous, I didn't know what I was doing, but she made me feel so incredibly comfortable that I would 101% recommend her to friends and would come back for the same treatment! She was very attentive, I felt very relaxed, and I left extremely soft haha Thank you SO/! (& my beautiful partner)

Amazed by the quality of the staff from the welcome before reception to the reception and then the friendliness but professional of every single person The suggestion from the staff was exceptional and their recommendation (bar, hairdresser,…) was really good! So Auckland is a conveniently located hotel with great harbour views from the corner suites and their fantastic Harbour Society restaurant, The staff at the hotel and restaurant are extremely friendly and very efficient.

A gorgeous hotel where everything runs seamlessly. From beautiful surroundings and quality furnishings and amenities, to fast-arriving lifts and friendly, welcoming staff. Located close to Britomart and the ferry terminal, yet reasonably quiet, so easy access to other areas of Auckland too. A really lovely hotel.
