Had been to Auckland recently for work, but decided to stay over the weekend to catch up with friends. Decided to stay at SO and was one of best decision I made. Amazing hotel with a modern touch with views overlooking the harbour and the city. Shout-out to Aditya Patil, who made my experience amazing at the hotel. He was very organized and had really great suggestion for things to do in the busy city, an asset to the hotel. Can't wait to travel back with my family. Aditya Patil thank you once again for looking after me at the hotel.

SO Auckland truly impressed us. The modern, vibrant design and stunning harbour views made our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to Aditya Patil, who went above and beyond to make our experience feel so customized and warm. My friends were incredibly touched by his thoughtful gestures. He’s a true asset to the company. The rooftop bar and delicious breakfast at Harbour Society were standout highlights, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We can’t wait to come back.

Would have been great if you made the SO bar food included in Accorplus discount. The breakfast range was not good. The food area had sandflies specially the cakes. The prepared smoothies were warm which should be chilled. Food is really important so hopefully next time you can do much better on these.

S/O Auckland was beautiful! The decor in the lobby was amazing and so were the staff. I loved that the room came with complimentary snack/drink bar. The view from our room was average, down side was that the main thing we saw was the graffiti on the building and our tub was faced awkwardly in the room (not like the photo).

Great service but sadly dated rooms

I stayed in one of the suites for two nights. The suites price at $500 per night. The staff and service is wonderful. However the rooms are dated and need upgrading. The balcony doesn't even have enough room for furniture and the suites go as high as 13 levels giving you an average view.
