Memorable stay at Pullman Bandung with excellent service. The Suite room we stayed in was really spacious and well designed. Breakfast are always great and full of variety of local and international menus as usual. Great service and cleanliness of the hotel at every corner. However, I suggest that Pullman hotel, like many other hotels should equip all rooms, or at least it's premium class rooms with smart TV rather than just conventional one.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The lobby was a little confusing to find at first, as we had to walk quite a bit before reaching the actual check-in area, but everything went smoothly once we got there.
What I really appreciated was the hospitality even before our arrival. The hotel contacted us by email and WhatsApp to ask if there was anything we needed for our stay. I mentioned that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and they kindly prepared a lovely room decoration and a birthday cake for her. She was so happy! Thank you so much for making her birthday stay extra special.
During check-in, we were assisted by Feby, who was very friendly and welcoming. We happened to meet her again the next day during checkout, and I was pleasantly surprised that she still remembered us. It was a small gesture, but it made the experience feel much more personal.
Our room was conveniently located near the floor with the lounge, so I asked whether we could also have breakfast there, and thankfully we could. At the lounge, we were assisted by Chani, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She helped us with everything we needed and kept going back and forth to make sure we were well taken care of. I actually felt a little bad seeing how busy she was! Thank you, Chani, for taking such good care of us. The lounge itself was comfortable and relaxing, and the food was good as well.
We also attended an event at the hotel that evening, and the food was catered by Pullman. Everything we tried was delicious, which was another pleasant surprise.
Overall, we had such an enjoyable stay. The warm hospitality, thoughtful birthday surprise, friendly staff, comfortable lounge, and good food made our experience memorable. Special thanks to Feby and Chani, and to the team who prepared the birthday decoration and cake for my daughter. We truly appreciated it and would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, I had a very good and pleasant stay at Pullman. 👍
The service deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The staff were friendly, responsive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was also clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Breakfast was one of the highlights. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices, and overall very satisfying. 👍
There are just a few small areas that I believe could make the experience even better. The bathroom felt a little too small, and some details of the facilities could be better maintained for a five-star hotel. For example, the shower holder in my room was already a bit loose and shaky, which made it less comfortable to use.
The gym was quite good. However, I was hoping that the jacuzzi would be available as part of the hotel facilities for staying guests. I later found out that it can only be used when booking a spa treatment. It would be a great added value if hotel guests could also enjoy the jacuzzi.
The swimming pool also felt a little small, although it was still a nice place to relax.
Another area that I think is important to improve is the EV charging facility. The number of chargers is still limited, so guests may sometimes have to wait quite a long time. It would be very helpful to have more charging points, especially fast chargers, particularly for guests who need to continue their journey the next morning.
Overall, it was still a very good stay. The excellent service and breakfast were definitely the main highlights. With a few improvements to the facilities and attention to small details, the overall experience could be even more aligned with the standards of a five-star hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Bandung.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy, with great assistance from Ms. Natania.
The room had a very cozy ambience, and the in-room facilities were complete and well-maintained. I was also very happy with the beautiful view from my room.
One area that could be improved is the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet areas are separated, there was unfortunately some water leakage from the shower area into the toilet area. I hope this can be checked and fixed, particularly for Room 501.
The breakfast experience was very satisfying, with a good variety of food and overall quality.
The room service and housekeeping were also excellent throughout my stay.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back for another business trip! Looking forward to staying at Pullman Bandung again.

I stayed for two nights and was generally satisfied with my experience. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The shower area had a leak, and the room became quite stuffy with an unpleasant smell when the air conditioning was turned off. The AC also did not feel cool enough even when it was running.
At breakfast, I was disappointed with the omelette. The eggs appeared to have been pre-mixed in a container rather than freshly cracked when ordered, which affected the taste and freshness. I also experienced diarrhea the following day, although I cannot confirm whether it was related to the food.
I hope the hotel can review the room maintenance, air-conditioning performance, and breakfast preparation standards. With improvements in these areas, I believe the overall guest experience would be much better.

We had the most wonderful stay at Pullman for my husband's birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. Bandung sunrise view from our room was absolutely amazing, it was such a peaceful way to start a morning :) The staff (Feby, Amalia, Tiara, Sechan) went above and beyond with a beautiful surprise decoration mirror art, towel art, and even a birthday cake with a candle! We'll definitely be back!
