All the staff are very welcoming , nice and friendly the staffs like Euis, Chani, Tania.. we very much enjoyed our stay at Pullman. The food also really good, the room are big and cozy. One suggestion to improve the hotel is providing more drawers for putting more of our belongings.

Thanks to Euis who give me excellent hospitality services when I stay in Pullman Bandung. Pullman Bandung is the Best Place to stay due to the strategic place (in front of Gedung Sate), excellent service, Best City View not only from My Room but also from Executive Lounge. Pullman Bandung has a lot of facility such as Swimming pool, Fitness center, kids area, SPA, lots of restaurants options (Sadrasa, Madcow, Plataran, coffee shop, 360 Rooftop). This is my 3rd stay in Pullman Bandung, and I will stay there again if I stay in Bandung next time.

Spent 2 night, just input to improve at resto when breakfast. Que up too long for sunny side up..and boiled egg over cooked. Also for hot americano must ask twice. Hilton Bandung is better in service and food quality. We believe Pullman can do better.

Great stay during this visit at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. Fast check in process, friendly staff, great service and delicious meal. Manage to have a spa package service at The Spa before back to work tomorrow. The atmosphere was great and relaxing, and great service by Teh Tia for the massages and body scrub.
