Ratna did a amazing massage she definitely made my shoulders feel so much better they was very sore but felt alot better after she worked on the Im very happy and would highly recomend Hershey did suggest tgat she work on my shoulder's as I had really big knots on bothsides

My family stayed at Sofitel from December 25 to 31 for a total of 6 nights. Overall, it was disappointing. The location and rooms were not bad, but the breakfast area had an excessive number of flies, and the staff didn’t seem to care much about it, even when flies were sitting on the food. On top of that, I got food poisoning from the grilled shrimp dish served here and had to visit the hospital. While the Cucina restaurant was good, the hygiene in the other restaurants was questionable. In terms of service, I felt some staff exhibited discriminatory behavior towards Asians. For example, when we visited the restaurant, despite there being plenty of available seating, the first table offered to my family was right at the entrance where people were walking by. It was not hard to notice that they were trying to separate us from the Western guests. Although not all the staff behaved this way, the service left a very unpleasant impression. Having stayed at various Sofitel locations, I can confidently say this was the worst experience. If I visit Bali again, I will not choose a resort from the Accor group.

Stayed in a suite (2 adults, 2 kids) with club access. Room lovely, so much space including 2x rollaways. Kids club good, but a bit run down (huge hole in trampoline). Women in kids club excellent. Pools were nice but cut kids feet to shreds - we went through 2x water shoes per kid and were ruined. Food wasn’t great. Best meal Cucina, rest was below average. You couldn’t take kids into lounge in evening but they could go to kids club for kids capanes. It wasn’t a good spread - cakes and muffins. Beach wasn’t great. Close to Bali collection which was handy. We’d stayed 5 days prior at Andaz Sanur which was 10/10. I wouldn’t recommend for above reasons of staying w kids - maybe a different vibe for adult only stays. Also, wedding every night we were there which was ridiculously loud. Thank god kids so tired they slept through it, but it was annoying for adults

The Sofitel is just luxury, everything they offer is top tier and one of the best places I’ve ever been. Highly approve

Yoga class was unreal, the teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful for someone that’s new to yoga. Really enjoyed the class that was offered. Great setting and Surata who ran the class was a lovely lovely human. Recommend this to anyone that comes to the Sofitel

The food is good but limited options for vegetarian. The service is excellent, staff is extremely supportive. Property is very good, on the beach, many activities can be done like cycling, yoga class and water aerobics. Few of them are paid.
