Truly wonderful except for check-in. Our room was not ready at the agreed time and after an hour and a half waiting around, I had to ask for the manager. This was not a pleasant way to start our holiday. Yes, we got a free drink, room access was far more important. It looked like we were not the only ones affected. The staff are really pleasant, and I cannot fault anything other than check-in. Rooms are clean and housekeeping responsive. The location is pure relaxation and good for unwinding.
