Well maintained, huge resorts, with lots of activities for children. This time we got to try the Yoga and sound healing in the morning, a good activity for adults in the morning. As platinum always got upgrades and special breakfast menu. Pak Yosua the Guest Relations Manager always ensuring my stay perfect, thank you very much!

Overall, our stay was good. However, when booking, I added a note requesting a complimentary mini cake for our anniversary, but they didn't provide it initially. We had to call guest services to remind them before a staff member brought it up. Also, because we stayed on a weekday, the pirate water playground was turned off. Since there were many kids swimming and playing, it would have been much more enjoyable if it had been running, as it is one of the hotel's key facilities! I hope that, moving forward, more attention will be paid to these small details to ensure a seamless guest experience. On a positive note, my daughter really enjoyed her stay! We will definitely come back to celebrate her birthday, and I look forward to an even better experience next time! :)
