Just visited the Spa by Pullman. This was my 2nd visit and it’s still as wonderful as it was before. We had a 90min couple spa session and were attended by Ibu Ferawaty & Mba Chichi. Both were very kind and helpful and provided us with a wonderful spa experience. Would also like to thank Mba Riah for assisted us with a smooth reservation. Keep up the good services and will surely come back and recommend this to others.

I’m an Accor Gold Member. One day prior to my stay, a staff member contacted me to confirm my booking. The staff was really helpful and answered my questions regarding room upgrade eligibility (from my Gold membership and upgrade voucher) and my request for a connecting room. I booked 2 Garden rooms for 2 nights. One room was upgraded to Executive by my membership, and the other room was also upgraded to Executive using 2 upgrade vouchers. I arrived around 10:30 a.m. and registered at the front office. I requested an early check-in, but it was still not available because all rooms were full (it was a public holiday). However, we could already enjoy the hotel facilities. Around 12:50 p.m., a staff member contacted me and told me one room was ready. We were still having lunch at that time. After lunch, I went to the front office. It appears that both rooms were ready, yay! The rooms were so spacious and really nice. We got so many free delicacies delivered to our room: snacks, fruits (banana, apple, pear, sunkist, etc — I can’t even remember all of it). The hotel is so huge that sometimes it’s a bit confusing if you forget to bring the map. But fear not—there are many staff members you can ask around for directions. Breakfast has so many choices and is delicious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also really care for my toddler. Lastly, I was not requesting a late checkout, but a staff sent me a WhatsApp telling me that I could get a late check-out until 13:00. What a service! There is a problem, though. My toddler didn't want to go home, so I had to promise her I would take her back to Pullman Ciawi again!

Pullman activity and entertainment Gym & trainer: good experience having ABT & Stretching class with coach Andi even-tough there only me as a participant the session still finished well Equipment & tools: Pretty complete & clean area to be highlight, there is an infused water (ice) super refresh after finished the gym.

This was my forth visit. As usual, it's truly an all-in-one staycation here. My kids were thrilled playing in the kids club with Ka Arra and doing wall climbing with Kak Nase. The staff were very attentive and patient with the children. This time, my partner and I tried activities at Pullman Fit. We joined the Nature Walk class in the evening and Weight Lifting in the morning, both guided by Coach Juna. His coaching style was excellent; he was communicative, friendly, informative, and detailed. Many thanks to all Pullman staff for their great hospitality. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, not boring even after having it twice. We'll definitely come back for another staycation! 😀
