Looking good while staying in these Ibis Budget Hotel Jakarta Airport. The staff Ms Despa Houskeeping is helpful and they have a shuttle bus to airport. Gratis lagi. Beside of these hotel has a 24 hrs food stall which is good taste. But some missing is tissue paper. Ok. Btw everything is good

1. I checked in on the early morning of 15/11 because I had a flight to catch on the morning of 15/11. 2. I requested a wake-up call at 5 AM, but I was only contacted at 5:15 AM. 3. I took a shower before 5:15 AM and realized afterward that there were no bath towels. 4. I tried calling the staff multiple times using the number listed on the faceplate, but no one answered. 5. When the staff contacted me at 5:15 AM, I requested a bath towel. I had to wait a long time, and eventually used my clean clothes to dry myself. 6. The bath towel arrived 5 minutes later, around 5:45 AM, by which time I was already dressed, so I asked the staff to take the towel back. 7. I complained about the above issues to the receptionist and asked if management could contact me so I could provide feedback to the hotel, as the staff did not ask for any feedback. However, until I wrote this review, no one had contacted me, so I decided to write this review. 8. On 22/11/24 at 10:30 PM, I realized I had lost my ear pods, which were likely left in the room. I contacted the hotel to check if my ear pods were left behind. The staff responded well and contacted me back via WhatsApp. However, they did not asked detail which colour of the ear pods, the brand, etc. 9. On 23/11/24 at 9:15 AM, I contacted the hotel again to ask for an update on my ear pods. The chat was received by Ayu, but I had to repeat my request. Is the procedure at this hotel so poor that the staff does not have a logbook for communication or cannot see previous chats to connect my previous communication with the current one? Even my last question in the chat was not answered by the staff named Ayu. I hope this hotel can improve its service, as it carries the name of Ibis and the Accor Group. Thank you.

The room smelt a bit dusty, be careful if you have allergies, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable, the staff are very nice. If the room didn'thave that smell, It would have been a better experience.
