Chambre avec forte odeur de cigarette, changement de chambre. Petite Surface de chambre et accès exiguë. Non prise encompte de l'affichette nettoyage de la chambre après 11h00. Prix de l'offre internet différent du prix payé par carte.

L’hotel est très bien placé, surtout pour mon usage professionnel. Cependant ! La chambre était microscopique, le lit entre trois murs, impossible pour moi de m’allonger correctement (je fais 1m85), la salle de bain avec toilette est minuscule, la douche est mal désignée, inonder la salle de bain est inévitable… et cette odeur de cigarette dans toute la chambre et douche, une horreur ! Le personnel à l’accueil n’a pas voulu me changer de chambre… bref 5 nuits de merde… et cerise sur le gâteau, mon programme fidélité all accord n’a pas fonctionné…
