Globalement satisfaisant même si j ai trouvé que le concierge ne faisait pas vraiment d effort et présentait un certain manque d implication avec des clients francophones les rôles ne doivent pas être inversés, en outre nous avons été surfacture et 1 mois plus tard toujours pas remboursé, même si la somme est dérisoire le principe reste important.

Arrivant sur place l'hôtel nous sort une politique interne de paiement de nul part, nous fais attendre et surtout choisi la solution la plus compliqué, donc, un accueil merdique, le petit déjeuner sans plus classique avec des serveurs peu agréable mais surtout pas professionnel, en tout cas dernier séjour chez eux.
