I see that you stayed during a big event in the Amsterdam conference center, causing all the hotels in the city being fully booked, and thus the prices being higher than usual. However I understand your comment in regard to the size of the room if you were expecting a big room. You stayed in one of our so called cosy rooms, which are indeed quite compact. Should you wish to have a little more space, you can also consider booking one of our standard sized rooms, which measure about 5m2 more and include also a bit more spacious bathroom. As for the rates, Amsterdam is besides a beautiful city unfortunately also known to be quite pricey. Our rates are competitive for the market and chance in regard to availability. Personnel agréable, chambre impeccable. Seulement un petit point qui m'a déçu... Nous avons dû payer pour laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel après avoir libéré la chambre. Généralement ce service est gratuit pour les personnes qui prennent l'avion en fin de journée de qui souhaite profiter de leur séjour jusqu'au bout. Un petit peu déçu sur ce point...

bruyant , chauffage fonctionnant mal, Chambre obtenue à l'emplacement le plus bruyant de l'hotel malgré une demande de place calme dans l'enregistrement en ligne avec une équipe qui n'a pas pu répondre à mes deux points (changement de chambre et chauffage)

Une fois que nous sommes installés dans la chambre, un agent de nettoyage a frappé à la porte pour laver les vitres ??? Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire pour faire du thé dans la chambre .

We didn't had window cleaners working in our hotel this month and if so we always inform our guests upfront. My sincere apologies for the discomfort caused to you. Our standard rooms are indeed not equipped with a tea/coffee making facility which we do offer in our so called premium rooms. We do however provide a kettle for our guest upon request which we offer free of charge. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. emplacement: très bien chambre: propre accueil: moyen dérangement: travaux d'entretien ascenseur: occupé par les ouvrier et les matériaux de construction le 13 janvier coupure de courant (ascenseur en panne, vous devez avoir un groupe électrogène de secours) le 14 janvier j'ai demandé une faveur de garder la chambre jusqu'au 14h, ils m'ont demandé de payer 20 Euro, en arrivant à l'hôtel à 13h55 mn, j'ai trouvé l'ascenseur occupé par les ouvriers de maintenance, en arrivant à la chambre à 14h03 mn j'ai trouvé la porte verrouillée car j'ai dépassé l'horaire de 3 mn (c'est de n'importe quoi)

Super hôtel, très bien situé à côté de la gare Central. Chambre propre et le personnel sympathique. Le seul problème la chambre vraiment petite pas beaucoup d’espace pour bouger et la salle de bain. Il ne faut pas être grand. Mais sinon je le recommande rapport qualité prix.

Nous n’avons vraiment pas eu de chance, le jour de notre arrivée grosse panne d’électricité qui nous a empêché d’accéder à nos chambres. Si l’on peut comprendre le caractère imprévisible de cet incident, le manque d’empathie du personnel, les trois jours du séjour sans ménage et le caractère désuet de la chambre sont inacceptables ! Très déçu de cette expérience

It is the more disappointing that you felt a lack of empathy from our staff, as I know our team that day did their uttermost best to minimize the consequences. Your comment in regard to the decor of the room surprises me a bit to be honest, the rooms in the building you stayed in were completely refurbished less than a year ago. The fact the room was not cleaned for there days should off course not happen. Please do not hesitate to ask for additional cleaning, or hang the designated sign on the door. Since I understand your experiences did not meet up to your expectations, and since you are a regular guest with Accor hotels, I would like to offer you a refund for the rate of your first night to compensate you. La chambre était propre, tres calme pour l'étage familial, le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Séjour nickel dommage que personne ne parle français pourtant beaucoup de touriste français dans la ville.

J ai réservé via Booking pour un Ibis car nous sommes habitués a séjourner dans un ibis. Malheureusement a amsterdam l'accueil y est différent froid et presque nous sommes des numéros qui payons.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que notre demande de proximité des 2 chambres (l'une pour nos 3 filles mineures) indiquée lors de la réservation puis réitérée par mail lors du pre- enregistrement du check in soit respectée

Chambre très bruyante au dessus des rails...

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Amsterdam and around the Amsterdam Central train station. Our sound proofing quality is from a high level but is is always possible that there will be some sound disturbance possible. We always can offer our guests an other room when this occurs. My sincere apologies for any discomfort caused to you. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Chambre juste correcte à tous les niveaux Ni eau ni électricité le matin du départ

Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. As for the the loss of electricity, indeed we suffered from a maior power cut on january second. My sincerest apologies for this, unfortunately situations like these are out of our control. All of our team that day did their uttermost best to keep the consequences to a minimum, but I understand completely the big inconvenience for you as our guest. Therefore I would like to offer you a refund for the room rate of €166,25. If you would kindly accept this offer, I would need a credit card number and expiry date. Thank you in advance. Nous sommes arrivés pendant une panne de courant dans tout l'hôtel et le personnel était débordé. Ils ont vraiment fait le maximum pour que tout se fasse correctement. Lorsque nous avons eu notre chambre il y avait une odeur horrible dans les couloirs. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et nous avons eu des difficultés à chauffer la chambre. La salle de bains mériterait un rafraîchissement (moisi dans la douche...). La chambre était propre et bien insonorisée car nous n'avons pas entendu les trains malgré qu'il passe juste à côté de l'hôtel.
