Hotel bien situé mais la suite manque de confort, un canapé aurait ete très apprécié. Le ménage n'a pas ete fait le premier jour il a fallu le réclamer. Personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable par contre incapable de répondre a la moindre question en réception ils ont pour tout de demander au superviseur. Un peu plus d'autonomie serait la bienvenue en terme d'expérience client

Regarding the suite, we would like to kindly clarify that some of our suites are equipped with a sofa and some with chairs. We also apologize that housekeeping was not completed on your first day and that you had to request it. This is not the standard we aim to maintain, and we understand how important a consistent housekeeping service is. In relation to your comments about our reception team, while our staff are always encouraged to seek assistance when needed to ensure accurate information is provided, we understand your point regarding quicker and more autonomous responses. Nous avions réservé une suite junior pour notre séjour, le confort et le service étaient très correct. L'emplacement de l'hôtel bien situé. Le restaurant propose des plats originaux et bons. Le lounge a été apprécié surtout au petit déjeuner car la salle du restaurant le matin est bruyant du fait des clients.
