Our room smelled of smoke The breakfast was terrible The room product and common spaces were falling apart and tired The shower was broken No one informed us you had to take steps up to our room No one carried or offered to carry our luggage I'm a travel advisor and owner at S. Travel Group affiliated with Accor looking for a 4 star option for our young couples and it will not be this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and experienced the best service from all of the staff. From the timem Rudy picked us up at the station, through to reception and a special mention to Bouras who was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
