We stayed three nights at the room 182. From the Interlaken Ost Station till the last minute, every hotel staff showed us the best service. It was flawless. May I mention Mr. Abdul Rhamad. He is outstanding. The other staffs are very good too. I definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Interlaken.

Booked Suite. When entered room for the first time through a full day, the room smelled like bad Indian food. Could hear every footstep from people staying in the room above us, so we slept extremely poorly. On the other hand, the staff and breakfast was fantastic.

It’s well located and service was very good. As it is an old structure it requires to take stairs which is a bit difficult if you have any health situation or you decide to carry yourself. Menú in the restaurant is limited, mainly Swiss dishes .

Staff not so friendly especially one of the crew in restaurant. Did not get upgrade, room a bit spooky, the floor make noisy sound when it's stepped. Used almost all of my ALL points to stay here, but regret it so much. Location ok, and only driver very friendly.
