It looks more like a Airbnb instead of Hotel. It does not have a lift. i did not get the experience i was looking at.

The hotel is running a scam! The only good thing about this hotel is they offer pick up and drop services from the train station. The staff is horrible! The Swiss hospitality is replaced by people who sadly don’t understand the meaning of the word itself. Rude, untrained staff. Allotted room in an adjacent building which had no views, no lifts and extremely narrow, stinking staircase. Imagine allotting such a room in spite of clearly been aware that the guests have young kids, one with a stroller! The breakfast is absolutely nothing to talk about - nobody even bothered about dietary preferences. Staff is mostly rude and unavailable/inhospitable, even discouraging. There’s no escalation matrix, even after repeated reminder, the General Manager never met or responded to your concerns. Multiple requests to change rooms went unanswered. Please avoid at any and all costs.
