An absolutely unexpected delight! My room was clean, well positioned away from noise, fitted out with a beautifully comfortable queen size bed and an amazing rainfall shower. Breakfast this morning was served in lavish surroundings, everything was hot and tempting. The perfect stop off on the way home from holiday. Thank you Accor :)

All areas were tidy and well-presented, all staff friendly and efficient. Food was nice and arrived in good time considering there was a Christmas party also being catered for. Room was warm on arrival which was appreciated. Bed was slightly firmer than preferred but overall a nice night, would happily stay again.

Very happy with the hotel and friendly staff. Ideal base for a Christmas shopping break. The main Centre MK is huge with plenty of other shops within easy driving distance.
