We had a very pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed the experience. The only small downside was that the bathroom basin and shower tray were slow to drain, which was a minor inconvenience. I’d especially like to highlight Natalie at reception and staff working in the breakfast including chef. Staff were incredibly polite,& helpful.Natalie was very polite, friendly & helpful.she made a great impression both during pre-arrival phone call and again on arrival, which really set the tone for the stay. Overall, a great experience & I would happily stay here again.

Pleasant staff and a clean hotel let down by very creaky floorboards and a shower trap blocked by an accumulation of hair. Staff very apologetic and shower sorted in a few minutes.
