this hotel is in good location but ,its not easy to communicate with the staff because they can't speak english. my gold member card should have upgrade room facility but upgrade room facility also couldn't used here.

I booked the IBIS Hotel Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Centre, Wensan Road from 13 till 14 Sep & 14 till 15 Sep. Firstly, I was disppointed that the hotel allows for MASSAGE soliciting in their premise. I returned to my room in the evening and found a number of cards providing said service. Does Accor Club not ensure a certain level of professionalism? Secondly, I have problem regards credit of two night stay in the said hotel. Despite there being no indication of LE CLUB ACCOR Not ACCEPTED at time of booking and with much assistance from current Accor Club hotel I am staying, IBIS Hangzhou Huanglong Sports Centre claims they are not particpants of Le Club Accor programme. I am confused. Can someone please help.

Water dripping from the ceiling, wifi box hanging from the wall and not working, blood spots on the sheets, dirty room, I had to change my room because it seems to be inside an ashtray, b/v of "working girls" were put under the door 3 times a day, breakfast room with very little choice of food, and silverware, dishes, and glasses were old and very very dirty. Receptionist didn't speak a word in english, and most of all foreigners credit card are NOT accepted since the machines they have are set up only for local cards. I didn't expect anything like this from a IBIS Hotel.

First of all it would be very useful if there was someone else speaking english than the manager at the reception. It´s very hard to checking. The breakfast... forget it... simply awful... the toaster was broken, there was no coffee, only poor quality Chinese food... And if you aren´t lucky and they give you an inner room you are condemned to the dark or to be spied through your window. I use the Ibis hotels really often (even in China) and in my opinion this is not at the minimum level required.
