Great customer service. When we checked in the room was not what we asked for. Understanding staff acknowledged that there was not another option for that night but assisted us the next morning, helped with the bags to an upgrade room

I stayed over the new year's holidays. Rooms are comfortable and serviced well daily. The atmosphere could be lifted a lot more by warmer customer service. You could walk through the front desk with no greetings whatsoever. On my check out morning no greetings on contact and departure. Very poor mood.
