Stayed for two nights, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Could do with a bit of a refurb but otherwise a great stay.

iron in my room was rusty and dropping metal so i asked for a replacement. The replacement was cracked and looked dodgy - when i plugged it in the light came on but no heat….another broken iron. I took the second iron down to the front desk and explained the problem. They didn’t seem to know what to do about it.

Such a great location right on Auckland's viaduct harbour within close proximity to lots of bars and restaurants. I had a studio room with a kitchenette, laundry (& hot water cupboard!). The room was very spacious with a large bathroom (including full bath and separate shower). It had a small round table with two chairs which was realistically a bit too small, good lighting (I had two large windows), a comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of space in the cupboard to unpack. I marked it down only because it is starting to look tired, especially the bathroom.
