这家铂尔曼酒店非常便利，离机场很近，早班机能多休息会儿。房间宽敞，干净卫生；窗外可以看到停着的飞机，很难得的景观。早餐种类超丰富，前台服务贴心，给我们规划了去机场的路线👍👍👍

本次入住前台服务体验极差，主要问题如下： 1. 沟通效率极低且令人无语，公共设施零介绍：前台员工Cherry反应迟钝，沟通体验糟糕。完全未告知任何酒店公共设施信息。 2. 问题反馈响应严重延迟：办理入住时的咨询问题，竟等待数小时才得到电话回复。 3. 纵容插队，管理混乱：目睹其他客人插队办理入住，前台员工未加制止。 4. 索取账单困难重重：连续催促三位不同的员工，才最终收到账单。 The front desk service experience during this stay was extremely poor, with the main issues as follows: 1. Extremely inefficient and frustrating communication, zero introduction to facilities: Front desk employee Cherry was unresponsive, resulting in a poor communication experience. No information about any of the hotel's public facilities was provided. 2. Severely delayed response to feedback: After raising a question during check-in, it took several hours to receive a callback with an answer. 3. Allowed queue-jumping, chaotic management: Witnessed other guests jumping the queue during check-in, and front desk staff did nothing to intervene. 4. Extreme difficulty obtaining the bill: Obtaining the final bill required repeated reminders to three different staff members.

整体客户服务意识好，服务态度积极，不过可能人手不足，有些事情对应比较慢 餐饮部餐食也不错，晚饭也有在酒店吃 房间硬件有问题，门不能自己关上，浴缸放水放不下去

本次商务出行，在南京禄口机场短暂停留，果断选择铂尔曼，事实证明没选错。酒店位置离南京禄口机场T1T2航站楼都非常近，在机场内部两个航站楼中间，对到达出发旅客很友好，很容易找到，酒店房间和餐厅都能看到塔台和飞机，晚上睡觉也很安静，隔音不错，整体超出预期！

My flight was at 07:25 am and the location of this hotel is perfect, only 10 mn to access to Terminal 2 and take my boarding pass ! Nevertheless the hotel is very calm !
