Hotel is at excellent location. Hotel is well maintained and it neat and tidy . The employee LIZA is very excellent employee of the hotel as I remember when I entered the hotel while sweating , she offered a glass of water to me , showed a good hospitality to customer and was very kind to me . Gym is good , food is good , excellent people .

in the morning all the lifts are suddenly shut down, and should use carlo lift which stop almost every floor with hot air temperature inside the lift. Terrible
