Very happy with the room, all the amenities necessary, very modern and with a plus of having a roof top swimming pool. The staff were great in making our short break a memorable one. KLCC is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is great to walk instead of taking the city traffic.

The TV display had only Malaysian channels mostly which was unpleasant for foreign travelers with very few English language channels. The TV display was an old Non SMART type. The washroom didn't have shampoo or conditioner for bathing. The location of the hotel was a highlight with easy access to Twin Towers, restaurants nearby.

Speedy check in and check out process with comfortable room facilities. The only problem is the narrow car park passage and limited parking space per floor, I got scratches on my car unfortunately.
