Conveniently located. Rooms are very clean. Shower water pressure very good. Housekeeping was good. Easy to grab a ride to anywhere from hotel. Staff can be more approachable. Like front desk and concierge. No greeting at check in.

Well located, however theres some area need to be improved 1- appreciate to check on the sink because during my stay the sink is clogged. Room 2104 if im not mistaken. 2- Front desk/ receptionist need to be friendly or atleast just smile. Some i notice very attentive some are not Thanks

Stayed there for 3 days. Got higher floor on request via mail... Unable to get late check-out on request... Water is a problem... Need to run to 10th or 31st floor to refill and didn't find any shop to buy the water around... Booking a cab to this area is little hectic and costly due to traffic... Nice infinity pool 1km to Lrt (metro train klcc) , PETRONAS tower. Overall it's nice stay
