We stayed in December 2023 we were so pleased that we came back in August . Everything was perfect from door man ,waiters receptionist to the cleaners . Hopefully we will be going back again in December.

Nice location but room poor

Hotel is well-located for seeing the Bosphorus. Room somewhat tired. Biggest issue: Ordered an early morning taxi to IST from the desk. We were told fare would be 800-900 lire. In the morning, it appeared that no taxi had been ordered. The night staff ordered one. The taxi driver tried to charge us much more for the ride than the hotel estimated. You either need to be more accurate in fare estimates or use taxi drivers that are honest.
