Only having access to hot water for 15 minutes at a time is disgraceful. Especially when the reception staff find it more pertinent to your stay to have you sign up for their loyalty programme than explain the lack of hot water available.

The aparthotel offered a good stay with comfortable room, friendly service. It functioned well for my family short visit, thanks to a well-equipped kitchenette and reliable Wi-Fi. However, we did miss certain features we’ve enjoyed at Adagio properties. Staying at Adagio and Adagio Access feels little different. Overall, a solid option for travelers, but if you’re chasing the Adagio-style integrated experience, you may find this property lacking in that specific sense.

Good location just a short walk from the city centre and near multiple metro stations, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby too. Rooms are comfortable if not luxurious. Showers are powerful and beds are comfortable also, great hotel to use as a base. Staff were nice but pushy about signing up for rewards.
