We hear you—loud and clear. An experience that felt empty and soulless, service that didn’t meet expectations, and a “great but backward” location? That’s not the impression we wanted to leave. And yes, the AC situation was a major letdown—we won’t pretend otherwise. A discount doesn’t make up for an uncomfortable night, and we completely understand your frustration. At the end of the day, we should have done better—Accor or not. While we can’t change your experience, we truly regret that we missed the mark and appreciate your honest feedback.
