Please consider reviewing your lighting planning. The illumination in the room is VERY poor, those few weak lights are not enough to brighten the room. Perhaps a high power LED strip over the bedhead or below the fire sprinklers. The vertical light by the coat hanger is close to useless. Last note: a little more pressure in the shower (combined with more light) would make the experience perfect. Staff were perfect as always. Congratulation to all of them.

Hotel honesto

The room were clean, but the hotel is not optimized to improve customer experience as a budget hotel should be. The checkin took 40min, there was only one person on reception to attend 3 guests checkin at midnight. It was not offered to include the breakfast in my stay while checkin, which means that I had to go to reception 03 times in a period of time of 08hs.

Everything worked fine - attendants, elevator, bed, TV - but the toilet and shower. For the toilet, it's so tiny I bumped my head twice trying to get up after using it. For the shower place, there's no privacy while getting out of it... I was glad it was my wife and not one of my kids traveling with me.

Very clean and tidy room, although we have to order a missing pillow and blanket. Very good breakfast buffet with good variety. The room is so tight that two people at the same time can't move across the bed. It’s very tight for three people. The bathroom is tiny, you can hardly sit on the toilet. Sink countertop too small, almost nothing fits over it. No phone in the room, to communicate with reception you need to leave the room and use the phone in the corridor of the room floor.
