We were on a 3 week Europe trip and Vienna was our last stop. The only reason I took this hotel because of the location as it was literally opposite the train station. That's the only positive thing I can say about this hotel, the location and oh not forgetting the bartender, Patrik who was the only friendly person in the hotel. Service was just lukewarm, bedsheets and pillowcases were horrendous, rough and cheap compared to all the other 4 star hotels we stayed in other countries. Cleaning crew didn't clean the room properly. Stay here if you want to be close to the main train station, if not, skip it.
