Dear Mr. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay with us. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. I would like to apologise for the bathroom door coming off its hinges and for the distress this caused your girlfriend. Your safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and I understand how unsettling this must have been. I am also very sorry that the television was not working and that this prevented you from enjoying the New Year’s celebration. It is disappointing to hear that, despite reporting the issue, no one attended to assist you. This falls short of our service expectations, and I will be addressing this with the team to ensure it does not happen again. Room was OK, albeit decor not necessarily to my taste. AC in room didn’t function very well, not staying warm for long before going cool. It was needed to warm the room during cold weather. AC in breakfast room on second morning was very cool…even cold. Toilet (ladies) on the ground floor by Chill 2 was very dirty when used just before departure on the Monday morning.
