Great hotel, beautiful woth everything that you need. The view and location is perfect. Close to local amenities, beach. The team is amazing we arrived early they have sorted us with a room within 2 hours of arrival. They have such a great hospitality at its best. They read the cues and offer things before you have a chance to ask them. When my partner got hurt, they quickly offered help and were kindly checking up on him during duration of our stay. So far best hotel and hospitality I have experienced. It will be hard to find a better team and hotel. There were so many team members so I cannot just give credit to one. From reception, through to housekeeping and f&b team perfect stay. I could not have imagine a better stay for my birthday. Reallyrelaxing.

From the moment of arriving at the Mercure in Chaweng, Koh Samui - the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay superb. Our accommodation was beautiful and comfortable (thank you for they upgrade). The facilities are spot on. The hotel has several bars, on the roof top, swim up bar and beach bar. Location is very central and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Thank you to all the staff.

Spent a week at this hotel and rarely had to leave the hotel, as the facilities in and around the hotel where first class.

Lovely hotel and appreciated the room upgrade but when booking didnt realise our room was across the road from the main hotel. the room was lovely but noisy at night with road traffic and only a small pool with no access to drinks or food so felt soulless compared to the main hotel but the staff, pool and beach were lovely.
