Great hotel, located directly on the beach. Had an ocean view room, which was comfortable and great located, including a balcony.

The beach side part of the hotel is beautifully designed and we stayed in a room with direct pool access which we particularly enjoyed. Staff were all warm and friendly. The best feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the stunning beach. We used the beach side restaurant for breakfast as well as the beach bar, swim up bar and roof top bar. Food was good and the cocktails were always presented with care. The hotel was very quiet in the evenings…maybe just missing some live music ? However I totally recommend this hotel and, once again, all staff were courteous, polite and respectful.

How can Mercure sell almoust all rooms in one small hotel to rich And rude Israel turists ? Young loudy, rude Israel group all the time at beach bar drinking alcohol, then parents pay all, also rude to Thai stuff at bar.., crazy experience...

I gave 5 stars to the services as all the hotel staff were super polite and warm. However, the hotel has a separate garden wing, which is across the street different from the main building. Initially I thought it’s ok when booking as it appeared to be a garden view with some quiet facing. However when I entered the room, it was facing a side street with an extremely poor sound proof and I could literally hearing ppl talking downstairs. [video attached. It’s already 10:30pm and doors fully closed. You could hear it yourself] We requested to change another room but unfortunately there was only another 2 room facing Main Street available, with similar but slightly smaller noises on a higher floor.Based on the floor plan, only 4-5 out of 25+ rooms per floor had such noisy facing and unfortunately we got such rooms assigned due to our late arrival and high occupancy. I switched to the new room but still could not sleep throughout the entire night and got waken up many times by the traffic noise. Suggestion to the hotel: don’t sell these 4-5 rooms with noisy facing, or do something about it such as at a cheaper price or provide ear plugs. Suggestion to travellers: don’t book the garden wing to avoid the risk, or try to reach the hotel earlier to get the quiet facing room.

A good hotel and resort! Outstanding beach/beach access to soft white sandy Beach that you can walk for an hour before turning around., excellent on beach massage options, fabulous swimming pool for either swimming lenghts or just splashing around, excellent rooftop bar with an incredible view, and a great location that allows you to walk down to other restaurants, to the markets and to pick up some supplies, etc. The staff are good. The front staff are exceptional, especially Darvis, who went out of his way to make us feel special. The restaurant and the rooms are good- quite basic however have all you require. Disappointing there were no options for decaffeinated, coffee or tea beverages in the restaurant or in the room. Good value for $$. Recommend ✔️
