We come here as a family almost every year during December. Having been to several hotels on the island, our favourites are still Banyan Tree and the Four Seasons. But to be frank I prefer the spa at Banyan tree as they have their own essential oils and the whole hotel smells like a spa, including their hotel rooms / villas. My massage was 90 mins done by Nan today, I ended up falling asleep in the end. Always loved this hotel and we shall be back again next year!

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The buggy service is excellent. The food and the BBQ at Sands were also fantastic. For breakfast, there is only the best for every nation in the world. The villas were very clean and there was plenty of room to splurge during your stay. Every evening there was a greeting from the kitchen, a bedtime snack

We have visited banyan tree samui 2 times in matter of 6 months .. this is how much we were amazed by everything about this wonderful resort. Real outstanding service with the highest possible standards. Very spacious yet warm and cozy pool villas with stunning panoramic views. Fantastic breakfast with a view. We will try the in-villa BBQ next time, as we will surely return to this peaceful haven someday. Special thanks to villa host Dada and to Khun Ball and Ryan for making this happen.

The most wonderful experience, since you arrive to the hotel they make you feel very special, the amenities are beautiful, the villa and the view are stunning, they even gave us a welcome cake. The breakfast buffet and Saffron restaurant had the most delicious food. The staff was so friendly and always willing to help with a smile. It went above and beyond from my expectations. Would definitely come back and recommend to go for vacation!
