Overall I had good stay at the hotel. I had problem connecting to wifi in the room. The staffs tried to help, but it still did not work, so they moved me to another room.

The hotel beach is nice and theirs Bar&Restaurant are wonderful. The price is afforadable a bit cheaper than other restaurant at Samui. Hotel staffs are friendly and active.

Fine service from Front office (Khun Jib), House keeping - well done making up the room. Friendly service at breakfast. AC is a bit loud. Too much humidity in the room - uncomfortably sleep.

Room was a little bit small. Breakfast was not that variety but the food like curry and tomyum taste very good. Too many birds steal my food and that's quite annoying. Landscape and view was great and pretty quiet. That was good for relaxing by yourself.

The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfy. We loved our stay here. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Khun Fif staff at the breakfast restaurant was very helpful and outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.

Late checkout, Shower, Voucher -- lot of issues

1. Late checkout requests were denied at first, despite it's just 1-hour late (1PM). The excuse we received is that 'she didn't have the authorization to do that' -- Actually, she could just make a simple phone call. 2. The shower head fell on my foot :-(. Well maintenance is a must. No one ever apologized me for this. 3. Free voucher I should receive was denied at first because the staff/manager didn't check the terms & conditions carefully. While I accepted the word 'sorry' for 1 & 3, still these shouldn't happen at all - or at least someone should have a better way to resolve them faster.

Our family had a terrific stay at the Ibis Bo Phut. We work in Thailand and we’re looking to get a way for a few days. The staff was kind and the location was perfect. Our kids had a great time at the pool, playing ping-pong, playing on the beach, and kayaking. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

hotel ,room and all staff all lovely only real complaint is sun beds russians getting up at 5.30 am to put towels on sunbeds most gone by 7am also sometimes towels on sunbeds till afternoon no people present really need to address this situation seen similar previous posts and still no change.apart from that enjoyed stay

It was a nice place to stay, great pool and beach area. Only thing I would say was poor was the wifi in room as it was almost none existed
