The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but the Thai dishes still lacked a local touch, as if they were intended to satisfy Western tastes. For dinner, I tried Pad Thai with pork ribs. It wasn’t bad, but again, it was too sweet, and the quality of the noodles definitely needs improvement.

Room appeared nice initially but the fan in the bathroom was not working and though the staff said an engineer would look at it, it was not fixed so we had to request to move to a different room. The remote for the tv did not work until the staff replaced the batteries and the cleaner took away the towels and forgot to replace them. It took two trips to reception to get them replaced. Otherwise the facilities were very good and the staff most helpful.

Hotel was of a good size. We had pool view room which overlooked the pool and beach. The room was adequate for our needs. Comfortable bed. Balcony was small.can only fit 2 of you on there but was nice to sit on with the view. They clean your room everyday and the housekeeping team are so polite always smiling. There is onsite laundry with an iron and ironboard. There are 3 pools one which is an adult only. You have access to the beach but really only to go into the sea as there are no sunbeds. We had no problem getting a sunbed by the pool and it was sometimes mid morning. Pool towels are supplied. We did also have food here which was ok. The breakfast has a good selection and there is an egg station. You are around a 30 min walk from fisherman's village but they do a paid shuttle every evening at 7pm and 8pm for 50 bhat. The hotel is tired in places which comes with wear and tear. All the staff are lovely and friendly always polite and smiling. I would not hesitate staying here again.
