I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Samui Bophut from Thursday, March 12th to Sunday, March 15th, 2026, and I can honestly say it was one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had in Samui. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, the "good mood" of the property was infectious. While the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun, it is the staff who truly make this hotel shine. I would like to personally recognize two individuals who made my stay exceptional: 1. Khun Yean (Assistant Front Office Manager): My positive experience actually began before I even stepped foot on the property. I had sent several inquiries via email regarding my stay, and Khun Yean responded with impressive speed and absolute clarity. Her professionalism gave me great confidence in my booking. Upon arrival, she greeted me with the same warmth I felt in her emails—always smiling, genuinely welcoming, and ensuring my check-in was seamless. She is a true asset to the Front Office team. 2. Khun Som (F&B at the Pool Bar): The pool area has a fantastic atmosphere, and Khun Som is a huge part of that. She is incredibly friendly and proactive, always making sure I was aware of the best promotions and serving up what I can easily say are the best drinks on the island! Her energy and attention to detail made my relaxation time by the water even more enjoyable. The entire team at Ibis Samui Bophut works together to create a warm, harmonious environment that makes you feel like more than just a guest. I left feeling truly refreshed and "warm" in my heart. I can sincerely promise that I will be coming back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Bophut. The location is one of the best aspects of the hotel—it’s very close to Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the night market. The hotel itself is comfortable and convenient, especially if you want to stay somewhere accessible while exploring the island. Overall, a good value stay in a great area.
