Room inside brand standards. Staff worked really hard in order to adjust ourselves to a good room with early check-in. Excellent service, not only from front desk. We have really enjoyed it. We would certainly be here again in case of returning to lisbon.

A pleasant stay, but some things could be improved. For example, more hangers in the wardrobe and maybe a small fridge.You also have to take seriously the customer preferences, especially when they are members of AccorHotels.

The staff is super professional and the hotel quite close to the airport. A special mention to Renato (member of staff), who did everything in his power to recover my mobile phone (I had accidentaly left it in a taxi). He did it! In less than two hours I got my phone again.

Ibis mever disappoint me with its very clean room and confortanle bed. Checked-in was a breeze. Breakfast was adequate. Wifi was fast. Requested for a lste check- out as our train to Madrid leaves at 2134. Was given only till 1330.

Recommend. Great beds. Great location. Great customer service. Will go back. Very friendly atmosphere. Got there very early but that as not a problem they let us check in early which was nice since we had a long flight and were tired, so we thank them for that.

All Ibis Hotels give you excellent Cali for money. This particular hotel was one of the best I've stayed in. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

Location is super- we've chosen to be closer to airport due to early flight, it takes just 7 min by taxi. also whole Vasco da Gama centre is there with food, shops, entertainment. Metro takes fast to historic part. Teleferico is also just there, so great to try and get to Oceanarium. Breakfast standard for Ibis, but good that it's available from 4 am so even with early flight we could have some snack.

Great 2 night stay, easy to get to by taxi from the airport and just around the corner from the oriente station. Very friendly staff, we arrived at 1 am and staff were very welcoming. Ample quality breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Well location and comfort. The staffs are helpful. The Hotel room is small but have the essential things that we needed. The bed is very comfortable and we could sleep very well. We didn't try the breakfast as we prefer more light breakfast in the morning. In general, Ibis is worth staying.

Checked in online informed hotel that I would be there at noon. Room not ready , checked in at 1pm. Yet to receive an invoice promised to be sent to your email address when I checked out. Would never check in online again. There may be an issue with the billing for my room & breakfast. I may have been over charged. Awaiting the invoice.

We live in the Algarve area and recently went to see Queen in Lisbon. We decided to take the train and checked out the hotels close to the Station. It turned out to be a great choice. The station is opposite a big mall with lots of restaurants and the hotel is just down the street. Service was good at reception and we had a standard room (very well put together and high standard fittings), comfortable beds and a good view. Wifi was excellent (we were able to watch Netflix) and the breakfast was OK. Its a short walk from the hotel to the stadium and there is a boardwalk past the boats and some very interesting parks. All in all, I can recommend this hotel as a good option if you are wanting to leave the car at home and take a train to Lisbon.

When I booked the Ibis Parque das Nações, I knew that I would get a good a good product for a very reasonable price. I had already stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and the choice was based also on location and ease of getting around Lisbon. The hotel staff was very receptive and friendly and we felt very welcome. Seeing the eek my Wife and I were in Portugal with friends was the first week of the FIFA World Cup it was a great initiative of the Hotel management to provide a great screen for guests to watch the matches.

The price is reasonable. The location is very good (near the metro and railway station). The room is small, but very clean. However, the breakfast is a bit monotonous. I stayed for 5 days and had the same thing every morning. The coffee was hot and delicious.

No frills, but perfectly adequate. The towels the first night were rather thin and could not have been re-used but the change ones were good. Bed comfortable, we slept really well. Room was quite well soundproofed from the road noise below.

. The girl who does the check-in should be more polite and help the hotel guests . The guy who works in the hotel bar (downstairs) should be polite as well . In a nutshell, all employees at Ibis Lisboa Parque das Nacoes are not willing to be nice and polite with the hotel guests
