Nice & clean place. The staff were friendly. Mas Kiki & Mba Riza helped my family. They are communicative & friendly people. Food was delicious! It wasn’t noisy but rather a calming space so the atmosphere was quite relaxing.

One of the better hotels located in the central area where a stone throw away is the famous Plaza Indonesia. Surrounding amenities and restaurants are aplenty. Hotel staff is great and friendly.

Nice hotel near Plaza Indonesia

Had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night thru Accor Apps as ALL platinum member. Hotel mentioned 1 room will be upgraded to Junior Suite.but seems like there's not much dif between upgraded and non upgraded rooms. In fact, the deluxe rooms seems nicer and even have a small walk-in wardrobe. Anyway, its ok for just 1 night. Hotel was refurbished from very old hotel, but u can't fault anything with the upgrade done. Walking distance to nearby malls, which is good. Executive lounge cocktail hours served very limited choices or beverage and food. Breakfast selection is huge and comparable to Fairmont Jakarta. Special mentioned to conceige staff, Rizky, who was very helpful during our check in, as we have few luggages and no one other than him, is interested to assist us.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a staycation at Pullman Thamrin, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was beautifully prepared with lovely decorations and a delicious surprise cake, which made our celebration feel extra special. The city view from the room was stunning, especially at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and elegant, and the service from the staff was excellent and thoughtful. Thank you Vania & Jessica for the decoration and beautiful cake. Highly recommended for couples looking for a romantic anniversary staycation.
